Detector(s) used
Ace 250
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
I got to visit one of my spots over Christmas break. Oldest coin was a 1966 quarter. Ended up with a total of 9 quarters, 7 pennies, 5 dimes and 2 nickels. The last time I visited this spot I used my dads Whites Prism detector. I hit one of the same spots with my new Ace 250. The numbers tell it all. Thanks for looking.

Nice little stack of clad there... Keep Digging :icon_thumright:

Funny you should say that about the Prism, I have a Prism 4 and have been thinking about getting a Ace 250. My biggest gripe with the Prism is that it seems very erratic on what it's signaling on, it jumps from 1c to 50c and all around. Does the Ace 250 seem to do that?

I believe my dad's is a Prism IV as well. Not saying they are bad detectors, but it's not the one for me. From my experience the Ace 250 will in trashier areas. You can adjust your settings and cut out a lot of the chatter. In less trashy areas 90% of the time it is dead on with what it tells you is buried below. My Ace has been great so far. Again those are just my opinions.

Great Stuff..I just got an AT PRo for Xmas, and used the ACE Religiously..I was able to find out to to cancel about 80 percent of the trash out and dug a good amount of Silvers and Gold Rings..that thing will always be by my side..Looks like your in my Area too :laughing9: :laughing9: :laughing9:
