✅ SOLVED Chunk of lead that has "Rob Roy" on it

I’ve used about all modern ones but right now: CTX 3030, White’s MXT Pro, XP Deus, AT Pro, Xterra 505, White’s TRX

What in the heck is this? Should be lead because it is fairly heavy. I didn't take a cut into it to make sure. The picture pretty much explains it. It has a length of wire hanging out of it.

might be a zinc "sacrifice" .. the wire is to wire it in place often used in ships and barges to prevent rusting..

I agree, sacrificial anode.
