Church Grove hunt for 90 Minutes today

Since the last 2 times
I Was out I Got Skunked on silver
at places that were Producing it Regularly,
I Decided to hunt a Spot
I Got Skunked at Regularly in the past.

Havn't been here since 2006



So I Decided to go South
accross the Bridge ito the woods



Was a Bit Thick but Did Dig a 8" deep
Shotgun Brass And
Eyeballed this before
Heading back accross the Creek







Did alot of walking which wore me out
Not even much Trash to be found



My Gas rebate only amounted to
a 3 Quarter pocket spill, a dime
& a bent Memorial
86 Cents





I found 4 Wheats
1946 - 1955 - 1955
1932



and a 1923 Merc to
get me back on the Silver

I never looked for the Doubling on 55's
But doubt it.

Those of us who know and hunt with you realize how "empty" that site must have been for you to only pull 13 pieces of trash in 90 minutes, heck I've watched you do that in the first 10 minutes many times............LOL!!!!

Carbon shaft with broadhead in excellent condition...probably worth about $10! Glad your eyes found that instead of your hands or knees.

Some nice Silver and a killer (no pun intended ) arrow! The tip on that thing cost a pretty penny!

Broadhead info: Carbon Express Torrid EXP 100 Gr Broadheads 3 Pack = $20.99 plus tax! Arrow is probably $6-$9 itself as well. Stay out of those woods, it's archery season for heaven's sake
The fact that the o ring is still in place tells me they dropped that baby, it sure wasn't shot. very nice!

yep, currently archery season for deer and metal detectorists who disturb you while hunting! ducking and weaving might not be smart, you'll look like a buck trailing a doe! If you come across a left handed bow while you're out there, call me, i could really use a loaner, LOL!
