Nice finds! Do you know what the small, porcelain items in the picture with the glass stoppers were used for? I found a similar one while digging at a bottle pit of mine recently.

Nice finds! Do you know what the small, porcelain items in the picture with the glass stoppers were used for? I found a similar one while digging at a bottle pit of mine recently.

They are also stoppers as in this Quart Keystone Bottling Co bottle.

You have some very nice items there.I like the small ceramic jug the best . But you have quite a collection of bottles as well .I have found quite a few of the porcelain stoppers .BUT have never seen a glass stopper

over 30 glass stoppers & bottle count now at 93:happysmiley:--- the trommel is making the process MUCH faster-- ran into clumps of barbed wire in the paydirt:BangHead:

old hotel on huge parcel owned by our host from previous permissions.
