Civil War back mark?

I have been trying to determine if the is a Scovill civil war back mark. What does a rmdc button look like and what does dm mean. Confused.

RMDC stands for -Raised Mark Depressed Channel.Nice button.It's listed as a marine button,Civil War era.Here's a similar one for sale $75.00 with a dent-
