I found this today in the same place I found my CS wreath a couple weeks ago, I thought for sure I found the tongue. It's brass and appears that a matching side was broken off. Thought at first it was a stirrup, but the curved part comes to a point and it doesn't appear that the two sides could have been connected. Any ideas? I've included a picture of the wreath that was found ten feet from this item. Thanks!

I don't think the link is working right (at least for me) Osage Express, I can't see anything other than a book for sale. Please try again, thanks for your help.
