Civil war era musician belt plate

Wanna know date and value not that I wanna sell it does anyone know anything about this belt plate I know they found one when they dug Gettysburg gilted in silver this one has just a little gold gilt on back I dug this myself I know it's real I also found this medal 20 feet away if anyone has a clue let me know Im assuming there connected thanks
