My mom was given these Civil War pieces a long time ago and she doesn't remember anything about them, besides the basics. I didn't find any ID markers on any of them. Can anyone help... Thanks

The metal slotted thing is a harmonica reed plate. The round thing with the hole is a grommet of some sort and that is probably leather still inside it.

you have part of a harmonica reed, a tent or flag grommet, minie bullet, playing card and a double 9 bone domino.

the double 9 bone Dominoes with one pin in the center are more commonly associated with the South. Dominoes with 2 or 3 pins were mostly northern.

The playing card is probably a Great mogul card and made in Belgium (1860-1880).

Very nice, Nova Treasure

The playing card is the 7 of diamonds. Cards of the Civil War era did not contain numerals.

Well Nova, you taught me a thing or two. I have a pair of CW Domino's and had no idea of the pin count, thank you. Mine has two pins in each, so I now have a better idea when describing them. Would have prefered the single pins, but always enjoyed having them anyway. BTW, great little collection you have there! Good for you! pAUL

Wow, thank you all for the amazingly informative responses. It's great to find people that are so knowledgeable about such an interesting subject. My mom was pleased to find out what these pieces where and she loved the history behind them.
Thank you!
