Civil war relics need help id'ing

I picked these up at an auction today in Massachussetts and I need help id'ing the pin. It's about 6" x 6" I know it's something artillery. It said it was found at Gettysburg. But there was no documentation on it. the lot also included a pipe. 3 lapel buttons that say U.S. And 4 bullets. I bought the lot for $45 so I was pretty excited.

Now that cool, can't help on the ID. But nice price.

I beleive that is a bit later than the CW(I may be wrong)called a shako hat plate

Is the number 2 on it not fixed? It is turned on two photos and straight on the third
one?

1880's Indian Wars Period

Thanks for the reply's. I thought the us lapel pins were newer. They are similar to the ones nowadays. I did some research and it def. An indian war shako pin. On the pin the 2 is fixed on the bottom so you can swivel it back up to line up.
Thanks again!
