I found this in an antique shop the other day, nestled in a pile of GAR badges, and early militaria. It looked and felt really old, is made of silk and buckram and has the correct look of a civil war cockade. The eagle though is throwing me off, closest thing I can find are eagles that pre date the civil war by a few decades. No exact matches though. Can anyone help?
