Cleaned Morgan Silver Dollar

Has this coin definitely been cleaned? How much would this take away from the value? It seems to have uncirculated details, but I'm no expert.

lol I look back at the pictures after posting and I don't think there's any denying that its been cleaned but im still interested how it would hurt the value.

With all the scratches and being a very common date, It's not worth much more than melt IMO.
