3rd pic sure looks like a spoon or fork handle. Plated though, don't know the metal.

Wow, my post is a blast from the past. I don't have that suspender buckle anymore for inspection. Some of those were used pre-Civl War and used up to the turn of the century, and it's almost impossible to tell the difference.

Is anyone able to identify or date this? Clip of some sort? Also is the 3rd picture a pewter spoon /fork handle? Found in the same area as the clip. Thank you!
Hello- I have found many suspender clips from the early 1900’s and only a few clips like the ones you have. I believe they are dress pant waist clips, I believe the design hasn’t changed much but your are from the early 1900’s. Here is a pic with one of mine (circled in photo) I even found the part where it hooks.
Another one I found said “fine tailoring” on it. All from a 1910 logging camp

Hello- I have found many suspender clips from the early 1900’s and only a few clips like the ones you have. I believe they are dress pant waist clips, I believe the design hasn’t changed much but your are from the early 1900’s.
