Clipped planchet half dollar

I found a 2005 p Clipped planchet today, or believe it to be at least. I know these were not intended for circulation, maybe increasing value...

Any ideas on value? Opinions?

Sure looks good to me. The larger the denomination, the rarer that errors get out. That is a pretty cool error, but rather common in variety. The bigger the clip, the more valuable. Based on Ebay prices, I am guessing $15 to $25.

Looks good to me. The Blakesley Effect is noticeable on the reverse directly opposite the clip.
