I found this "clock face" at an old house site. Roman numerals 1 thru 12 evenly spaced, just like a clock. I have looked on Google, but can not find anything that matches it. Coins and relics from the mid-1800s to mid-1900s are usually found at the location. I put an Indian in for size reference. I believe the item is copper, and was once plated. It is very fragile, and "fell apart" in my paw!

Any help with an ID is most appreciated!

Sundial numbers can't go all the way around, or be evenly spaced.

I found a doll house candelabra at the site. My first thought was doll house sun dial. All the small sun dials appeared more robust than this piece. It is thin and fragile... I don't think it was made for "touching".... just looking at.
