Today's Coinstar rejects totalled a little over $2 USD, one 1965 quarter, and one 1974 Canadian quarter. No silver ☹
I was suprised to find one 2021 and one 2022 quarter (never saw their designs before today) which I've placed side by side in comparison down below. I know the 2022 Washington profile design is actually a very old design that was created by Laura Fraser , the wife of James Fraser, who designed the Buffalo nickel. I also find it fascinating that the 2021 Washington quarter has the original design that we all grew up with in the 20th century as opposed to the "state quarter" design that began in 1999.
