I searched the net and found pictures of your find identified as a Coal Miners Key Chain double blade hawkbill pocket knife and made out of Mother Of Of Pearl.

yeah, Uncle Butch had his on til he died. Always cleaning his fingernails with it. That and one of those "wells lamont" squeeze lights with the donkey on it.

Funny how you remember that stuff.
