Coca Cola Soda Water Bottle

Any ideas as to the history / past use of Coca Cola Soda Water bottles that have somewhat of a square lower section with six stars around the top, the company name plus soda water embossed below them and a city & state, Danville, VA, on the bottom? Any rarity and real value to them? Many thanks.

Unless a local needs one, or a CC collector is looking for a specific town, they typically bring $10-20 tops since they weren't actually made to hold Coke...

I've always liked the art deco sodas personally

I believe this was a Star Soda, owned and bottled by Coca Cola, like epackage said
