It looks to be an older leather wrapped decanter. Most likely from the 1970's.
Some better pictures would be very helpful. Especially of the crest on the front.
If I were to wager a guess, I'd say this was probably made in Italy and is valued at somewhere around $30 - $50.

It's likely Italian or Spanish made. Only in a parallel universe could it approach 30 beans.
