Coil Height off ground for Quattro?

Can anyone tell me how high off the ground must I keep my Quattro coil? I have been given advise from someone with an Explorer that the coil needs to be dragged on the ground. Any tips from fellow Quattro users...

Basically as low as you can go without the ground affecting your swing.

The closer to the ground you keep the coil, the deeper you can go and the more area you cover.

As long as you have a coil cover on the bottom you can't hurt the coil . I drag it and it doesn't effect the performance of my Quattro .
