Where I live lots of homeless. (this is screamin liberal country, give the homeless and druggies lots of handouts so more come) Always at least 2-3 out in front of walmart entrance and twice as many near the parking entrance with sob story cardboard signs.

At least one out of three times I go there are coinstar finds. Even coins on the walk in from my car.
