Coin enthusists - '68D LH Memorial Error??'

Dug this 1968D LH penny last Thursday. After cleaning, I noticed the last digit of the date (8) was extremely near the edge. Looked at it again today and noticed the upper left was also 'offset' and "In God We Trust" almost ended off the planchet (Blank). The reverse also demonstrates an offset.

My question for the coin experts...is this a Mint "Error" and perhaps worth a bit more than $0.01??

Thanks in advance!

The obverse is struck off-center. Typically no collectible value unless it is extremely off-center. Still an interesting piece.

yea, like plzbseated said, struck off center. although not very far off, I'd hang on to it just because it's kinda cool
