This is my error find for the day. It looks like a vine is growing through the Lincoln Memorial. It is a raised error. Not sure what is up with the silver tone on the error. There is a bit of this of the face of the coin as well (also shown). Any ideas? Is this a die crack error? What is the silver covering? I've seen this on coins before, just never paid much mind to it. Thanks for looking! The coin is a 1969 D.

Looks like bubble gum on the cent after it left the mint. LOL. Seriously, looks PMD to me. Sorry
