coin id please

Can someone id this coin for me.

front reads PRO BONO REPBLICO 1775 1975 .999 FINE GOLD. Center appears to be a Phoenix above that is a banner with resurgens ptinted on it.
reverse is 1/4 tr0y ounce surounded by 13 circles naming the origional states.

Any help would be appreciated. pj
