If a coin shop offers $1 each for 1982 and 1983 p's and d's in good condition should I take him up on it?

1982 and 1983 p&d what? Also are you sure you mean "good" condition? A "good" condition coin is about the lowest collectible grade and worn almost smooth.

I, too, don't understand the question, if there is one here. Coinage in several denominations. Seems odd not to have a denomination mentioned.
