Thanks everyone for the nice comments, I'm still amazed. I wonder how much it has been in circulation lately , since I find it hard to find a wheat penny in change nowadays.

I did see in the redbook there is a rare version of the 1829 with a curled knob 2 that goes for several thousand dollars, but I didn't get that lucky,

Also that is older then anything I have ever dug. My oldest coin from the ground is a 1852 Upper Canada Bank Token
