Minted in Chihuahua (Ca mintmark).
Several years ago, Heritage auctioned a similar coin (KM 377.2) in MS 63 for $360.

You have a nicely preserved coin, but not in the condition for that one from Heritage auctions.

The CoinQuest appraisal page puts the typical value for well-preserved coins with a date after 1856 at bullion value for the silver (0.786 Troy Ounces) plus $40; or, for uncirculated coins, bullion value plus $120. Some mints are scarcer and fetch more.

Some dates also do better than that, but 1862 isn't one of them.

It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the foot holding snake, bottom of the right wing, some rays around the cap and some letters look touched up...
