Cold Snap is over today.

It's been cold and freezing around here, but gonna be up into the 50's today and mostly sunny the weather man is saying. Someone ask me if I knew anything about the 'feed the squirrel foundation'. I said, I've never head of it I told him go try standing out on the exit to Walmart. They give out money at least there.

I don't much care for the cold that comes with the snow, but it is a beautiful highlighter. That squirrel doesn't look like he needs help from the foundation.

I remember squirrel hunting when I was maybe 15 years old in Iowa. Me and my friend came walking out of the woods with three in the hand and this old farmer was there off the road. He said, see ya got ya some dinner. We said yeah we did. He then asked where we shot em at? I told him anywhere the bullet him em in the head is where I aim at. That old farmer said we weren't worth **** as squirrel hunter, cuz we didn't shoot em all in the eye, because a good squirrel hunter only shoots em in the eye. Well we told him thanks for bringing that one to our attention. Geez we just felt pretty good until then picking off squirrels with our 22s. Now we can only feel good if we hit em only in the eye.
