Hopefully my subject line caught the eye of a few coin experts ! I had few minutes after work yesterday so on the way home I decided to hit the field where ive found some nice old coins the winter wheat has been planted its about 5 inches high and i had my fisher f5 with me ,so I stopped off and hit the field after about an hour of nothing to show but a old plain flat button I decided to call it a day and worked my way back to my truck , I was withing about 40 feet when I hit a nice solid 82 on the vdi at 5 inches ,so I dug down and out came a old copper I could tell from the size it wasnt a LC ... so filled the hole back in and went to turn and hit another signal turned out to be a 1908 IH .. When I got home I went to clean the copper and could make out a right facing bust , im not a coin expert but my quess and just a guess is william the 3rd ,rex maybe ? So hoping a coin expert will chime in .... thanks for looking
