Colonial Cuff Links

Today I found what could be cuff links, my second piece of jewelry from a colonial site. The red intaglio I found last fall. Although the links are simple and made of non-precious metal, I like them as examples of Puritan agrarian life.

Cuff links or sleeve buttons are always fun to find. There are so many varieties and made with silver, copper. brass and that elusive gold. I usually find more than one set on a site. Maybe your site wants to give a few more?? Good Luck
