Color me Pink

Picked up 4 boxes yesterday, sorted thru 2 so far. Found a single 1968 that I missed from edge checking but found thru drop testing before hitting the return bag.

Someone had taken the time to color the whole coin pink.

This is the second 40% coin that I have found by ping testing as the edge was definately showing 2 tone color instead of the solid edge. How often do you find ones you overlooked by the edge?

40% always shows a 2 tone edge Xiao.

The majority of the time the copper is very dark so the silver sticks out and its obvious. The few that I have found that the copper actually shows a nice true copper color are all 1969's I believe.

I thought you found a Canadian breast cancer commem quarter that is colorized pink (center for circ., outside ribbons with center for collectors).
