Ebay is having issues with the the combine shipping not working. Two weeks ago I sold 3 watch lots. Instead of collecting $10 for the box and $5 for each extra, it collected a dollar for each extra. I spoke with them and they said it was a glitch. They ended up giving me an $8 credit.
So today I sold 3 junk drawer lots. And instead of collecting $15 for the first box and each additional box, it did the same thing -- I got paid $17 to ship three priority mail boxes.
So I called them up again, and they confirmed it's still a system glitch. And if I want my money, I need to write to the buyer asking for additional money. I said I'm not doing that. They screwed up. Either they should eat it or they should write to the buyer and explain.
She put me on hold and again, I got hung up. (same thing happened last time.)
I'm so frustrated with ebay.
So be aware that if you have combine shipping, they aren't combining shipping.
