I scored permission to hunt a 15 acre track and it has a creek all the way down the side of it. I mainly explored it today so I brought my camera with me. I found allot of debitage, there was black flint cobbles every where so there should be some keepers when the water goes down a bit. I did find a backed knife and a thick scraper. Most everything was broken due to all the rocks. Hope you enjoy the view, rock

Rock, I'm not sure what type of boots you wear while water hunting. I recently found the holy grail of water proof boots. These are comfortable and will not leak. Well.... Unless you go in water over knee high. They are Muck boots. You can wear them folded down as such

I have a pair of heavy duty boots but didnt know I was walking a creek till I got there. From Google earth it looked like a nice clear field till I got there I found out different. I keep a old pair of tennis shoes in the bed of my truck and put them on. I would of wore shorts if I had known. Next week I will try it again the water should be low by then. Down stream there was actually rocks in the bank showing but none looked worked. I have a pic of the black flint in one of the pictures and that is actually the wall of the bank not the ground. Ive never seen rocks like that just falling out of the banks. I hope it is a good sign, rock
