I don’t immediately recognise the glass mark on the lamp, but will think about it a bit more.
Obviously, the other piece is not French Limoges. It’s a Chinese copy. The ‘P.R.C’ stands for ‘People’s Republic of China’, which existed under that name between 1949-1976. Pieces like yours were made mainly in the Canton region of China in the 1950s-1960s and marketed via Hong Kong to the West. At most it’s going to have a value in the low tens of dollars.
