I'll be spending 4 days in the Wheeling area starting 7/2 for a bseball tournament (The Beast of the East) with my 15 yr old son.
What I am looking for is a local Wheeling-area metal detecting nutjob (like myself) to hook up with for some short duration coin shooting (relic hunting or old cellar hole hunting in woods is great too!)
I will gladly supply a meal and good company.
My other alternative would be to wander around the backcountry looking for an old park, etc, but that seems like the hard way, so I figured I would try here.

if the shoe were on the other foot, I would gladly show a TNetter from elsewhere some great spots in NE Ohio.
