✅ SOLVED Compact ID Please

Howdy All, I found this compact in the backyard where I found the lost wedding ring. I just got it open and instead of holding Gold Coins, like I hoped, it still had powder or something like powder inside. It is 1 1/2 inches across. I would like to know the maker if possible. Thanks Steve
