🔎 UNIDENTIFIED complex rock found

Hello, i have been rockhounding for 39 years and found all kinds of things. But this very heavy fragment stumps me because in one spot it has magnetic attraction white metal angular fragments. And allot of shiny black spots with white inclusions. It weighs 5 + kilo's and measures 20 x 14 x 12 cm. Could it be a meteorite fragment or if it is an earth rock what type?

Hematite, it will producea red streak when scratched on a slab of white tile.
