i tried to google this and only one thing popped up from a newspaper article in the chicago tribune from 1890.but i would have to pay to join (forget that when i'm a member here right?) its made by w.w wilcox which made baggage tags for the railroad.its copper about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.its hard to read but i'll throw a picture on anyway for you experts

Nice, It looks very old, Maybe late 19th century or very early 20th century
