Me and SC Keith on a relic hunt today at a confederate camp site. Found this place last year 3 days before they planted the corn been chewing at the bit to get back in there. NEVER HUNTED!

Man, those be some mighty fine buttons! I agree there should be a plate there somewhere, along with some other great yet to be discovered things. Must be a good field to hunt!

it looks like 200 bucks if its in good shape! The site has never been hunted been in the guys family for who knows how long.

Great finds there and nice video. It would be damn hard to pry me away from a field with those kind of finds. I'm sure there are plenty of surprises there waiting to be discovered.

Willie this one of those PROTECTED places where the farmers have guns and can see the field from their houses. Its good to have a sight like that because you know how it goes sometimes when word gets out everybody with a metal detector with in a hundred miles will come running! This is on my TOP SECRET list for sure.

Very nice variety of Confederate buttons coming from there. Are you finding lots of iron and iron related artifacts? Could be a nice campsite used for a long while if you have by many different soldiers. Would like seeing any iron artifacts posted up also.
