Dug this nice dropped Selma Arsenal lubed groove today. Thank You Army of Tennessee.
It's a .577/58 cal.
It has a deep plug cavity. Also for you bullet guys, notice the low profile of the 3 rings but its
an Enfield design. It's #350 in M&M.
It's uniquely Confederate as this bullet was only manufactured in the Arsenal of Selma, 1864.
Was my only bullet of the day, I'll take it.

Very nice, A Confederate bullet is always a good day. I have dug hundreds of union bullets but only a handful of southern bullets. Very cool!

Daggone right "you'll take it!" I'd like to snag one for my collection!

Thanks for sharing...

always nice to get a positive ID on an item, great save!

If you're only gonna dig one bullet, that's a winner!

Good lead Jpro, That's a very nice one. Got me up to hunt, looks like me and the mud will be one today. Keep at it. HH....

Cool. Good luck. Looking forward to a good post of relics later from both of us. I'm headed out this afternoon too.

Sweet bullet, I have never seen one like that! HH

Very nice indeed.

A work of art, In my Southern Opinion.

Nice looking bullet Jpro. What book are you using? McKee and Mason? HH

If you're gonna find only one, that's a great one to find!!!
