Confederate Engineer Button

First find of the year and anything confederate is on my bucket list. Research I've done shows that I found a confederate engineer button. Backmark is Extra Superb. Thanks for looking and good luck out there!

So I decided to put a little olive oil on it and the gilt is now gone. If that was guilt .

Thanks for the Banner Vote. The more research I do I'm finding that the "Extra Superb" buttons are rare. It is a banner to me as I have dreamed of digging something confederate. The site is actually in the vicinity of a Rev War battle. I will be returning to that spot to see if any other CSA artifacts are laying around.
