Hello all, just wondering if these are conglomerates. Thank you for the help.

The first one looks like rhyolite porphyry. Just a guess. Gary

Conglomerate is river sediments turned to stone. Use a loupe and see if you can see "grains of sand". River cobbles are often round-ish in conglomerate.

Breccia can be visually similar, but with more angular fragments and a different formation process.
