Got a full 8 hours in the woods today. Found my first CT copper. She's in bad shape but I'm glad to be on the board with a colonial (1785-1788) coin. You can barely make out a bust facing right. The bell is interesting. At least I've honed in on where I want to go back to on this large 170 acre property.

Happy to hear some birds returning to the NE. Well, the turkeys are all puffed up in the process of adding additional birds. They eat ticks so I enjoy seeing them around.
