Cool Cuff Link (I think) with blue insert

Hello all! I got out for a few hours yesterday to a new spot. It wasn't too productive (wheats spoons, typical house stuff). This was definitely my best find, I'm pretty sure it's a cufflink. Any ideas on age would be appreciated, one friend told me 19th century but nothing exact.I also found a 45 war nickel that the landowner took)... Thanks for looking & HH!

Yeah, I'm not sure either. I love the mystery in this hobby & glad when I can positively ID an item. You get smarter with every dig in relic hunting.
