Unfortunately it's not silver, but this is the first time I've found a commemorative half.
This was just in a handful of halves that the teller handed me from her tray. The fact that the edge was *so* bright and *so* sharp made me examine the coin, even though it was obviously copper-clad. It's in immaculate condition - looks like somebody tore it out of its packaging five minutes before I came to pick it up.
Pretty cool! It would be cooler if it were silver, but still it's a fun find.
Not much else to report from this latest batch; a few 40%ers mixed into a batch of CWRs and MWRs.
