Copper prices and grades

Hello,
I am new to scrap metal and have a few questions. I have about 100lbs. of shiny really thick electrical cable that I stripped. Is this #1 copper, and what price should I expect to get at the scrapyard? I am located in central Iowa if anyone has any local recommendations.

The way I grade copper wire is any thing bigger than a pencil lead goes in #1 the smaller stuff goes in the #2 . Where im located number one is in the 2.50 per lb. range number two is about twenty cents cheaper. The price changes daily. Call around. wardon
