🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Copper thingy and neckless

I found these together along the Delaware River in NJ across from Philadelphia. They are copper. Looks old but my first thought was modern?

When I look up arrows hung upside down pendant I find many native tribal pendants See https://alltribes.com/inlaid-turquoise-silver-arrowhead-pendant-with-chain-0028/

As well called a monet pendant somewhat similar.
