Copper token maybe?

At the top it looks like it may say one token but all i can make out is ne to and on the bottom i can see pper im guessing it says copper but i have no idea what it is. It is slightly larger than a quarter but very thin and there are no markings on the back so it may have been thicker at one time and the back worn off and of course i found it in my back yard lol

Note: there are a number of tokens with the same obverse but different reverses. So, the other side of Danger67's may or may not be the "COMMERCIAL CHANGE" variety that I posted.

These so-called "Sloop Tokens" appeared sometime after 1825, but were backdated to circumvent a law against privately issued tokens. They are thought to have been struck by John Sheriff, a diesinker in Liverpool, England, for circulation in Canada, where there was often a shortage of small-denomination coinage at that time.
