Found this yesterday.

Likely a species in the genus Ramaria (such as Ramaria botrytis or Ramaria formosa), commonly known as a coral mushroom or cauliflower coral.

Key Features of Ramaria Coral Fungi
• Appearance: They feature a thick, fleshy base that splits repeatedly into dense, upright, coral-like branches.
• Color: They range from creamy tan, peach, and yellow to salmon-pink or with pinkish-red tips depending on the exact species and age.
• Habitat: They typically grow on the ground in woodland and forest environments, often associated with conifer or mixed hardwood trees.
• Edibility & Caution: While some species like Ramaria botrytis are considered edible (and sometimes prized), many other coral fungi are difficult to tell apart visually and can cause gastrointestinal distress, laxative effects, or sickness (such as Ramaria formosa, which is mildly poisonous).
Disclaimer: Never consume wild mushrooms based solely on a photo or online identification. Many look-alikes exist, and positive identification often requires microscopic or chemical analysis
