Cordoba Button/Pin? and a Thingamajigger

I don't know what the thing is on the lower left. The Cordoba button thingy has a bunch of numbers on the back but I can't make them all out. Any ideas?

I think the Cordoba disc is a dash ornament for Chrysler's Cordoba Club.

Junque is in the mind of the beholder.
It certainly warrants some more research on the chance that I am totally wrong. I suppose the club's ornament could have been modeled after something of more value, but I don't know.
