✅ SOLVED 8 Vintage 'British' Buttons - Help w/ Dating, Quality, & possible value (if any)

Hello again my fellow treasure hunters!

I recently won a few interesting items from an in-person auction up here in the DE/PA area & want to know more about what I've found... a few tokens, coins, buttons, & more.

I'm a treasure hunter with heavy focus on coins/currency, so needless to say, I know nothing about buttons. I have a box filled with these 8 buttons as well as many others (which I will also post because I'm hoping y'all can help me identify them as well). This set of 8 buttons are all filed/labeled with "British" in their hand written descriptions with the plastic 2x2 they were stored in.

Composition: Unknown but all 8 are NON-Magnetic
Obverse: Blank (all 4 sets are blank on the front)
Reverse (the 4 sets are listed in order left to right top to bottom):

1. Top Left: Two Buttons; Both with fine circle lines throughout center to rim; No visible lettering, hallmark/marking, etc. Note: I have not put them under my microscope yet.
2. Top Right: 1 Button; From Center-Out --> Sun-like pattern carved around the center; the horizontal rectangles filled with horizontal lines & one dot in between each rectangle; Wording is "Treble Stand[ard?] ---- Extra Rich"
3. Bottom Left: Two Buttons; Wording (Middle Area) "WARR[smaller print D]" --- Star --- "Rich Orange Col[Small R]" --- Star (Repeat); I believe the two abbreviations stand for 'Warranted" & "Color", but I could be wrong.
4. Bottom Right: Three Buttons; Center design (Around Button Loop) shows two leaf branches, coming together at the stem making a 'heart' shaped pattern & between the tops of the stems is a flour-de-lis-like shape; The other edge wording is "LONDON --- Double Gilt" --- (Repeat)

I would love to know the dates, maybe composition, 'Condition rating' (if that exists with buttons), & value.... but truly ANY guidance &/or information (even fun facts) will be much appreciated!

Difficult to put a date to those except, as I said in my reply to your other thread, indented backmarks first appeared around 1810 and were almost exclusively used instead of raised backmarks from around 1840.

"WARRd" is indeed short for "warranted" and "COLr" for "colour. The fleur-de-lis like emblem is the "Prince of Wales" plumes, commonly used as a British backmark (but with no actual connection to Wales or Royalty).

Following anti British sentiments in the lead-up to the War of 1812 and for several years afterwards, most British manufacturers stopped using the emblem on buttons exported to America to increase their market acceptance. The emblem was either dropped completely (as were crowns and place names such as "London" or "Birmingham" which betrayed a British origin) or replaced with 'American' eagles until prejudices against British goods fizzled out.

You have a selection of British colonial era buttons in apparently virtually unused condition, of the type many of us detectorists find in the ground in much poorer shape. I've not seen any in as nice condition as yours. They look beautiful.

If you don’t mind sharing…. What would consider the worth of each of the 4 sets? I have a feeling the way you wrote about these that they would be as precious of treasure as rare coins are for me… they belong to a true collector who will appreciate their history
